Progress (March 7, 2026)

Lately my days have been filled with hundreds of tiny fixes. When I first started building the app, I was very ambitious. As I worked on it, what I actually wanted to do became clearer, and in some ways it also became more realistic. Rather than trying to create a huge platform to replace 1365, the project really started from simple frustrations: Foreigners can’t sign up? High school students can’t participate? Those kinds of problems.

During this time I recruited some friends to work with me (probably one or two of them will end up joining the project). Most of my time, though, has been spent squeezing work into small gaps in my schedule and fixing the tiny details of the app. Things like adjusting slightly different colors, fixing the notification system, making the password recovery process easier—dozens of small improvements like these.

Even in the age of AI, there still seems to be plenty of work for humans to do. At first I felt impatient and rushed, but now I feel the opposite. I want to take my time and prepare things properly, and build a platform that can help even just a few people.

Who knows what will happen next?
